Billy Cannon started his career in Real Estate in 1990 working primarily in the Timeshare Industry early on and then moved into general Real Estate which eventually led to working heavily in the foreclosure market. He began selling HUD homes exclusively to first time buyers and investors. He learned all facets of the HUD bidding process and HUD financing. He worked with many investors and buyers and sold hundred of HUD Homes. In addition, he purchased several HUD Homes himself. He also sold VA foreclosures during this time frame.
He then opened his own brokerage- Coast 2 Coast investments and listed and sold many different types of foreclosures, short sales and he continued to sell HUD/VA homes in all of the Orlando Florida counties. He then branched out to the state in which he was born- South Carolina and he continued to purchase and sell HUD homes and foreclosures in the Greenville County area.
He then became a National Real Estate Instructor for many of the foremost Real Estate experts where he taught thousands of students the ways of investing in real estate He created many very valuable Power Team contacts all over the USA. He has been active in the education industry for well over 10 years of his career and has always ranked in the top of every organization in customer satisfaction for every company he has instructed for during his career. He has produced in excess of one hundred million dollars in sales in the Real Estate industry and is a multi million dollar producer. He is a well known Real Estate Instructor and his services are in high demand.
His successful real estate company, originally known as The Real Estate Store of Central Florida morphed into both an exclusive and non exclusive marketing agent for many developers who develop pre construction Real Estate. He is generally allotted exclusive blocks of inventory (25-50 units) and is contracted to move these units through his marketing efforts in a short period of time (usually within 60-90 days). He now specializes in projects in Florida as well as developments in SC and NC. The company name was changed to Coast 2 Coast Investments LLC to better accommodate and relate to buyers on the East and West Coast as well as abroad. Part of his proprietary marketing formula is Home Shows, Investor Clubs, Tele Seminars, Seminars and other privately held events throughout the US and the UK.
Mr. Cannon also owns and specializes in multi unit apartment complexes and other commercial property. In addition, he is well versed in creative financing as well as first time buyer programs. Lastly, he understands the wholesale side of the business and assists people in becoming entrepreneurs sometimes with limited resources and knowledge.
